The JEM Maple Tequila Sour

For a more sophisticated Taco Tuesday.



  • 2 ounces tequila

  • ¾ ounce of pure JEM Maple Syrup

  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

  • Lemon (half-wheel) for garnish, maraschino cherry



Shake with ice and strain into chilled sour glass. Garnish with lemon and cherry. Serve in cordial glass.
