Cranberry JEM Maple Bourbon Smash

The pop of color, the pizazz of garnish, and that

must-have flavor of maple + bourbon!

1/2 cup JEM Artisanal Maple Syrup

1/4 c water

1 cup frozen cranberries

1 ounce maple cranberry syrup

1 1/2 ounces bourbon

1 ounce unsweetened cranberry juice


Rosemary sprigs (to garnish).


Maple Cranberry Simple Syrup:

In a small saucepan, bring maple syrup, water and cranberries to a simmer over medium-high heat until berries begin to burst, about 5 minutes. Strain and let cool. (Makes enough simple syrup for 6 cocktails.)


In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. maple-cranberry simple syrup, bourbon and cranberry juice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.* Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Enjoy!

*Option: top cocktail with a splash of ginger ale for additional *sparkle*.
