INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces rye whiskey or bourbon

• 1 teaspoon of pure JEM Maple Syrup

• Dash of Angostura bitters

• Orange peel (for garnish)

PREPARATION

Mix whiskey, JEM Maple Syrup, bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old-fashioned

glass until syrup is dissolved. Add a single, large ice cube, then garnish with

orange peel.
