Ingredients:
2 medium heads of fresh broccoli, cut florets from stem
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 Tbsp of JEM Maple Syrup
1 tsp of Sriracha garlic chili sauce
1 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Bring about two inches of water to boil in a pot. Place steamer in pot and fill with fresh broccoli florets. Steam until tender.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk other ingredients together. Pour over steamed broccoli florets and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve + Enjoy.
