JEM Maple Balsamic Drizzle

Whether you are kicking your toast game up a notch, taking your grilled salmon to the next level, or delighting your sweet tooth by introducing a sophisticated maple balsamic drizzle to strawberries or peaches - this simple to make, elegant to serve, JEM Maple version of a maple balsamic reduction will quickly turn into a kitchen essential.



1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar

3 Tbsp of JEM Seasonal Blend Syrup


In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Heat over medium flame until boiling (careful to watch while boiling because vinegar level in pan will rise).

Lower heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and allow to cool - recipe yields about 1/4 cup.
